If there's a problem with your order, you must email or call us immediately. We'll make every effort to take care of you. Email us, (email@example.com) or call 808-845-8567, M-F 9:00am-5:00pm Hawaii Standard Time.
Within 30 days of your order, you may return it for a refund or exchange. Merchandise must be returned to us unopened, and in brand new condition. You'll be responsible for paying the shipping cost back to us. Use a trackable shipping method, such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS. No C.O.D. shipments accepted. Please pack the merchandise carefully with the appropriate packing material.
For refunds: once we receive the merchandise from you, we'll issue a refund for the merchandise purchase price (not including any shipping costs) to your original method of payment.
For exchanges: once we receive the merchandise from you, any differences in cost will be charged/refunded to your original method of payment. The customer will also be responsible for paying the shipping cost of the new merchandise.
If you received defective or incorrect merchandise, contact us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us via USPS Priority, and you will not be charged for the shipping cost of your replacement order via USPS Priority.
For merchandise that was damaged during shipment, please contact the shipper directly.
